Before you purchase an item from a vendor

Xclusive Collectibles offers our vendors the ability to accept digital currency payments for the items they choose. As a potential buyer of collectibles with digital currency, it’s important you understand the policies & guidelines that pertain to cryptocurrency transactions on the site. 

What collectibles can I pay for with digital currency?

At Xclusive Collectibles, we have a main category Buy, Sell & Collect Trading Cards & Collectibles with Digital Currency as well as sub categories where vendors can add items they will accept digital currency for.

What happens if I purchase an item outside of these categories?

If Items that are purchased with digital currency outside of the Buy, Sell & Collect Trading Cards & Collectibles with Digital Currency category:

If you make a digital currency payment outside of this category, a few things may occur:

  •  The seller will tell our support staff that they will not accept the payment.  When this occurs, you will be contacted by the vendor, and in turn, you will also need to contact our staff, give us verification details that you were the one who placed the order, and then give us the wallet address where you would like to receive your digital currency reimbursement to.  Xclusive Collectibles handles these payments directly, and you will receive a refund payment directed into your account, minus the transaction fees.
  • The seller lets our support staff know that they will accept the order.  When this happens, the vendor will ship your purchased item.  The vendor will ship your item, send you & Xclusive Collectibles the tracking number for us to monitor the shipment to you and have 3 days after the arrival of an item before we mark it as accepted.  If you have a dispute with your item, you have this 3 day window to contact our support team to describe your issue.  We look at all evidence from both the buyer and seller before making a determination & decision regarding your dispute. After this window, your transaction will be viewed as complete, and the vendor will be paid according to our digital payment disbursement policy.

*If a buyer pays with digital currency and the vendor chooses not to accept that form of payment, our support staff will work directly with the buyer & seller according to the terms in our digital currency agreement. The vendor won’t receive any sort of penalty and if a buyer attempts to leave negative feedback over this, we will remove that negative feedback from their account.
The digital currency payments are accepted through our central cryptocurrency portal.  Payments made with digital currency are then sent directly to the respective crypto addresses that are given to us after user verification and upon request.  Refund payments are made by exact amount of the crypto received (not the value), minus the respective fees that it costs to send your refund
*We will not be responsible for the loss or gain in value.  We typically process the transfers between 4-8 p.m. CST. If your refund request is received outside of this time, you can send support an email to ask for your refund outside of this time.
*The transaction fees are variable and depend on the size of the transaction as well as the type of digital currency used to make the payment. The fees for Bitcoin “tend to be $1.00–$5.00, and fees for other currencies tend to be under $1.00
 
  • We can convert your crypto payments to fiat currencies (like the U.S. dollar) if you do not have an account at a cryptocurrency exchange. If you choose to accept digital currency as a form of payment & you do not have a digital wallet for the type of digital payment that was used, you can sign up for one here. Xclusive Collectibles can also convert your digital currency to fiat, however we will charge an additional 5% charge in addition to the transfer fees above to do this. 
  • We cannot guarantee the price of any digital currency and will convert your digital payment to fiat between the hours of 4-8p.m. CST time within 30hours after final delivery of your product to a buyer. We cannot guarantee the price of the digital asset has gone up or down in that time. If you wish to tell us to wait to exchange your digital currency conversion, you must contact us through email before the time range mentioned above with the subject, Withdrawal Request.
