How Your Pez Dispenser Will Ship
Pez Dispenser(s) will ship with tracking, insurance & may be photographed before packing for accuracy, documentation & insurance purposes.
Before shipping, we inspect and photograph all products fulfilled and shipped from Xclusive Collectibles to document their condition.
If we discover a problem with your product before shipping, you will be contacted for proper resolution to your purchase.
Any visible imperfections will be noted, however, if you want additional information, photos or combine shipping on any of our other items, message us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Shipping, Refunds & Returns
All items purchased from Xclusive Collectables will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase and everything we sell is packaged well to prevent damages in transit. All our vendors are encouraged to do the same.
Items sold by Xclusive Collectables & Vendors are subject to a 7day return policy for any unopened items after arrival of the purchase item to the seller. If items sent by any vendor are sealed products, we do not issue refunds for items that have been opened.
While individual sellers have their own policies, if a product has been mislabeled, misrepresented, tampered with or fraudulent and you have contacted the seller and can't resolve the matter, contact our support staff at email@example.com and Xclusive Collectables will step in and review your dispute as outlined in our terms & agreements.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
Individual vendors have the ability to specify their own policies on cancellations, returns and exchanges.
However, any misrepresentation of any seller on the condition of an item, the shipment of a wrong item or any other issue beyond a buyers' control and a vendor doesn't communicate (ghost you) or you feel that there is an unsatisfactory resolution to your matter, you can email Xclusive Collectables support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Xclusive Collectables Return Policy, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
If you want to a cancel an order before shipment or as a purchase is in route to you, please contact us at email@example.com.
If an item has arrived that you'd like to return, you have 7 days upon receipt to ask for a refund for any item that is unopened & originally sealed.
If you've purchased an unopened trading card item such as pack of cards, box of cards or other sealed item and have opened it after receipt, or cards that have had any future security stickers that have been broken, we will not accept refunds on these items.
Return shipping is free for all items with the exception of items shipped with Insurance & Signature Confirmation. If you are returning an item in this category, we will cover the shipping on damaged or missing items however, if returning due to a change of mind or other similar issue, the return insurance and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
