Shipping policy

All items purchased from Xclusive Collectables will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase and everything we sell is packaged well to prevent damages in transit.  All our vendors are encouraged to do the same.

XC has a money back guarantee for items destroyed or damaged in shipping.  All items are eligible to return as long as product seals remain unbroken.

ENHANCED RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Xclusive Collectibles, we aim to provide an experience that leaves you confident and satisfied. The following outlines our return and refund policy to protect your rights.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Products sold through Xclusive Collectibles and our authorized vendors are subject to a 30-day return policy, applicable to any item that remains unopened. Please note that for sealed products, we do not issue refunds for items that have been opened after delivery. In instances of buyer remorse, the shipping fees associated with the return will be borne by the buyer.

DEALING WITH MISREPRESENTED PRODUCTS

While each of our vendors adheres to their policies, if you encounter a product that has been mislabeled, misrepresented, tampered with, or deemed fraudulent, we're here to help. If you're unable to resolve the matter with the seller directly, please reach out to our support staff at support@xclusivecollectibles.com. Xclusive Collectibles will intervene and conduct a comprehensive review of your dispute, according to our terms and conditions.

VENDOR-SOLD ITEMS

Products sold by our vendors are subject to their terms and conditions. If a vendor's item is misrepresented, or if you encounter an unresolved dispute with a vendor, please know that Xclusive Collectibles retains the right to intervene and maintain a fair marketplace.

AUTOMATED RETURNS & REFUNDS

Sellers can establish rules to automate returns, replacements, and refunds under specific circumstances. For new sellers, Xclusive Collectibles will implement a default rule that automates the return process for listings where returns are accepted. Sellers can customize or remove these return preferences in their account settings within 'My Xclusive'.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of return shipping for an item that is not as described is the responsibility of the seller. In the event of a return where the Xclusive Collectibles-generated return shipping label is used, the seller will be charged for the shipping cost.

REFUNDS AUTHORIZATION

Upon the return of an item, to provide the buyer with a refund, the seller authorizes Xclusive Collectibles to request that PayPal deduct the refund amount (either in the same or a different currency) from the seller's PayPal account. Alternatively, Xclusive Collectibles may place the amount on your invoice, or charge your payment method on file.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For canceled transactions, to refund the buyer, the seller authorizes Xclusive Collectibles to request that PayPal remove the refund amount (in the same or other currency) from the seller's PayPal account. Please refer to our transaction cancellation policy for more information. Your rights as a buyer are crucial to us, and we strive to ensure a positive and transparent transactional experience on Xclusive Collectibles.

While individual sellers have their own policies, if a product has been mislabeled, misrepresented, tampered with or fraudulent and you have contacted the seller and can’t resolve the matter, contact our support staff at support@xclusivecollectibles.com and Xclusive Collectables will step in and review your dispute as outlined in our terms & agreements.
